Book of Remembrance

Without Jon’s great musical vision, Colosseum, the best live band ever I have had the privilege to witness perform, would never have existed and the world would have certainly been much the poorer for it. Jon was truly a pioneer and hugely charismatic , gifted individual whose influence in the world of great memorable music cannot be underestimated. His peerless drumming skills , in my view , was the stuff of legends, and he had few equals. It was a privilege to meet him on the very last Colosseum gig at Shepherds Bush, and a memory I will cherish forever. Despite his passing, his legacy and vision will live on, as will the enduring memory of a true musical pioneer.... Collapse
