I discovered Colosseum as a teenager in the late '60's, with Valentyne Suite at the top of my record pile. As a would be drummer, Jon's playing amazed me and I was fortunate to see the band in 1970 at the Bath Festival and a year later in Manchester. In 1999 i was privileged to Meet Jon at a Paraphernalia gig in Suffolk. What a kind, generous guy who took my star struck blabberings in his stride and chatted for some time. RIP Jon. Love to his family.... Collapse
