A true inspiration whose influence is so widespread. My personal reflection: as a teenager and new drummer in the late 1960s Jon gave me something to which I hoped to aspire in time. John Mayall’s Blues Breakers, the seminal Colosseum, Tempest, reformed Colosseum, Barbara Thompson’s Paraphernalia and so much more.
